Logging into my account
Login Page
First let’s make sure you are on the right page to log into your account.
1. Please go to https://jointheofficials.com/login/
2. You can also find the Log In link on most of our pages.


3. Use the email and password you chose when signing up for The Officials. If you have not yet created an account then you will need to do so first.
If you wish to join but have not yet done so, please visit this page here. Our membership is only open during certain times of the year. If the membership is open you will be directed to the sign-up page. If it is closed you will be directed to the waitlist page where you can register your interest.

Updating my details (Address, email, etc)
So you want to change your email address no problem at all!
However, please note that you cannot change your Username which is automatically assigned as the email you originally signed up with. This is only needed for logging into the site.
1. Log into your account
2. Once logged in, click on My Account.

3. Update the email field with the appropriate email
4. Click Save Profile towards the bottom of the page

Now when you login next you MUST use your new email address as your email is your username.

Canceling my membership
We are sorry to see you go but we understand everyone’s needs my change from time to time.
We made sure that all Officials have the power to update/cancel their accounts as and when they need to with as little fuss as possible.
Which invoice do we send you for your membership?
The way you cancel your membership will depend on how you receive invoices from us.
Check your emails and determine which invoice style you receive.
