The Officials started in 2015 when our founder, Lauren Bradley, moved to a new city and needed a network of other assistants to turn to for reliable vendors, best practice, and support. That gap became a community.

Today The Officials empowers administrative professionals and their companies through community, courses, coaching, mentorship, corporate training, and live events. We built this to be affordable and accessible for the 60% of our industry who work in small and medium businesses and rarely get a training budget.
