Just a Few Ground Rules
- Come with an open mind. Be ready to listen and process what you hear and experience in the session in a respectful way. All of the advice offered is for you to digest and use as you feel works best for you.
- Cameras on, please. We’re recreating that in-person connection, and seeing your expressions (and smiles!) makes this a powerful space for everyone.
- Safe Space: Safe, supportive, confidential. You are welcome to take the stories and lessons you hear with you but leave the identifiers behind. This is every Official's responsibility.
- 1 Hour+: Time is tight so come prepared. The best way to make sure your question is answered is by submitting your questions early (via email) or coming on time and letting us know right away what your questions are. We do sometimes go a bit long in these sessions because the conversations are so good but it is not guaranteed. Lauren will answer what she can, as best she can.
- 🚫 Recording: Please do not record these sessions to keep the space a safe place for all to share. We do record a transcript so that we can analyse it later to help us develop future training and resources based on our members needs only.
- Please note: These sessions are not therapy. By attending these sessions you agree that all advice is shared in good faith, but each Official is responsible for how they choose to apply it and for protecting the privacy and stories of others in the room.
