The Officials Resume Lab is a monthly workshop for HQ Premium Members, to help you put language and structure to the value you already bring.
This is where you can come to work on your resume, with Lauren there to answer questions and support you in real time.
Lauren's advice follows her proven Treat Your Career as a Startup approach to define your services and communicate your value, so your resume reads like the strategic operator you are. Plus, there is real energy in working alongside other members on the same mission, it makes the process feel lighter and less lonely.

What should I bring?
Your current resume, the job descriptions you are aiming for, and your LinkedIn profile pulled up. You may wish to come with an anonymized version of your resume if your question(s) require sharing your resume on screen.
Is this a training session?
Think of it more as Office Hours where you will be editing and improving your resume during the hour, with support available as you go.
Will I get 1 to 1 feedback?
Lauren will support members live throughout the session. Depending on attendance, support may be quick questions, live edits, or targeted guidance. Remember, this is a 60-minute session and coming prepared is the best way to get the advice you need.
Can I come if I am not actively job searching?
Yes. We fully believe that every Official should be on a passive job hunt. It is one of the best ways to stay ready and reduce panic if your situation or needs changes.
Will there be a recording?
The session will be recorded to help us for research, improvement, and future content ideas to help our members. Requests for the replay are welcome by those who attend the session.

Just a Few Ground Rules
- Come with an open mind. Be ready to listen and process what you hear and experience in the session in a respectful way. All of the advice offered is for you to digest and use as you feel works best for you.
- Cameras on, please. We’re recreating that in-person connection, and seeing your expressions (and smiles!) makes this a powerful space for everyone.
- Safe Space: Safe, supportive, confidential. You are welcome to take the stories and lessons you hear with you but leave the identifiers behind. This is every Official's responsibility.
- 1 Hour+: Time is tight so come prepared. The best way to make sure your question is answered is by submitting your questions early (via email) or coming on time and letting us know right away what your questions are. We do sometimes go a bit long in these sessions because the conversations are so good but it is not guaranteed. Lauren will answer what she can, as best she can.
- 🚫 Recording: Please do not record these sessions to keep the space a safe place for all to share. We do record a transcript so that we can analyse it later to help us develop future training and resources based on our members needs only.
- Please note: These sessions are not therapy. By attending these sessions you agree that all advice is shared in good faith, but each Official is responsible for how they choose to apply it and for protecting the privacy and stories of others in the room.
