It’s meeting day, but the calendar got scrambled. You have to reassign four meetings to their correct rooms using the clues below. Can you figure out where each meeting belongs?

🧠 Clues:
1. The Strategy Session has 6 attendees.
2. The Client Call needs a window for natural light.
3. The Budget Review has a slide deck presentation on a USB to present.
4. One meeting needs reference books available during the session.
5. No meeting can take place in a room that doesn’t meet its specific needs.

🧠 Why These Room Assignments?

Using the clues, we can logically work through each meeting’s requirements:

  • Budget Review needs USB presentation: Only the Red Room has a monitor for displaying slides from a USB drive.
  • Strategy Session has 6 attendees: Only the Blue Room has 8 chairs to accommodate 6 people comfortably.
  • Client Call needs natural light: The Blue Room is taken by Strategy Session, so Client Call must be in the Yellow Room (which has a window).
  • Reference books needed: The remaining meeting (Team Sync) goes to the Green Room, which has the bookshelf with reference materials.
